Night Anxiety – Why Your Anxiety Attack at Night (And How to STOP It)

Eat A Healthy Diet

It is known that anxiety can be alleviated by consuming a healthy diet. Today many people do not consume the right amount of vitamins and minerals. It is often easier to eat a lot of junk food and meat products. Only a diet that provides you with the right nutrients can result in an improvement in your mental and physical condition.

Breathing Exercises Works

If you are hit with an attack during bedtime and wake up, go into sound breathing exercises. Do this by breathing in through your nose for 2 seconds and out through your mouth for another 2.
